Each WABB account supports one WhatsApp number. To automate several numbers, you’ll need a separate account for each one. However, you can invite your entire team to manage conversations from one number, so separate numbers for every employee or department may no longer be necessary.
You may be able to connect your existing number through Meta's official setup. Eligibility and any migration steps depend on your current WhatsApp configuration. Guided onboarding is included in Yearly Pro.
Where your number and region are eligible for WhatsApp coexistence, you can use the Business app and WABB together. Some Business app features change when coexistence is enabled; see our setup guide for details.
